Convenient, 1lb packages are easy to transfer from your freezer to fridge, and are perfect for hearty dishes any day of the week. Each serving of Beyond Beef packs 20g of complete protein from peas, rice and mung beans with 35% less saturated than 80/20 ground beef per serving.
INGREDIENTS
Water, Pea Protein*, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Refined Coconut Oil, Rice Protein, Natural Flavors, Cocoa Butter, Mung Bean Protein, Methylcellulose, Potato Starch, Apple Extract, Pomegranate Extract, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Vinegar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sunflower Lecithin, Beet Juice Extract (for color).
*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Our products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts.
COOKING & STORAGE
Please keep your product frozen until you’re ready to cook it. Thawing and cooking instructions for your products can be found on the product packaging.
RECOMMENDED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
TACOS, PASTA SAUCE, AND CHILI:
1.HEAT NON-STICK PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT, ADD BEYOND BEEF
2.COOK 5-8 MINUTES, BREAKING UP TO DESIRED CRUMBLE SIZE. STIR FREQUENTLY.
3.IF ADDING SAUCE, SIMMER UP TO 30 MINUTES.
MEATBALLS:
1.MIX DRY AND WET INGREDIENTS PER YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE
2.PAN-SEAR THEN ADD TO SAUCE
3.SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES, UP TO 60 MINUTES

1.HEAT NON-STICK PAN OR GRILL TO MEDIUM-HIGH TO HIGH HEAT
2.COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES PER SIDE FOR A 4OZ PATTY
